We have made temporary arrangements for our customers and staff to be as safe as possible at all times whilst complying with both Government and BHS guidelines.
We are re-opening with a provisional timetable on Saturday 4th July 2020.
We are now able to take on new clients! Please get in touch if you wish to book an assessment lesson.
Please note that at this time communication is preferred either by
Email < email@example.com>
or Facebook messenger.
The telephone only will be manned from Monday to Friday 10-3pm
To start with we shall just be open 4 days a week – Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday as long as we are able to and the current circumstances allow. When it is viable to do so we shall add more days.
The timetable may be cancelled or altered at short notice due to the constantly evolving situation.
Unfortunately we are unable to teach beginners/lead rein lessons. These will all be phased in at a later, hopefully not too far away date..
Lessons will operate with staggered start and finish times.
We do not yet have our full complement of staff back working with us so it may not be possible to request a specific instructor.
Payments are now expected at least 48hrs in advance of your lesson and need to be online and contactless. If this is not possible please let us know and we will see what we can work out for you.
If you need to re-arrange then please do so up to 24hrs before your lesson time then you may defer the charge to your next lesson but if you do not turn up or neglect to give the 24hrs notice then you forfeit this payment.
There will be a one-way system in operation for pedestrians entering and exiting.
Entrance will be from the gate nearest the loos and the main gate and exit will be by the small yard gate .
Please don’t attend if you or a member of your household develop symptoms of the coronavirus and feel unwell
Please park vehicles with a sensible space between you
Please remain in your vehicle if you are early
Please maintain social distancing at all times
Please wash your hands upon arrival and again before leaving. There are handwashing facilities in both loos. There will be a disinfectant station on the main yard by the office.
Please wear gloves at all times
Please follow all instructions from your instructor

If there is an accident / incident then everybody’s safety comes first.
As much as is reasonably possible, maintain social distancing but only if safe to do so.

COVID-19 Guidelines For Riders Booked In For Lessons
Please remember you must bring all your own riding equipment, i.e boots, hat, gloves, whip.
If you are early, please wait in your car. 5 minutes before your lesson please come on to the main yard via the gate near the toilets. You should be wearing gloves at all times on the yard. once you have let the member of staff know you are here please go to your allocted horse/pony stable. I am afraid that for the moment we must ask you not to touch the other horses or their stables. Once your instructor is with you, you can then mount and you must check your stirrups and girths yourselves. Your instructor will then take you down to the outdoor school for your lesson. at the end of the lesson you will be escorted back to the yard where you will untack the horse/pony and leave the tack outside the stable door. after ensuring the horse/pony is comfortable please leave the yard via the small gate facing the road.
